Home2Home Consignments is the EASY way to sell your gently used furniture, home decor and now jewelry!
We consign gently used furniture and accessories. This includes sofas, loveseats, sleepers (when the mattress is perfect), daybeds, bedroom furniture, entertainment centers, dining room and kitchen furniture, home office furniture (not commercial), outdoor furniture ~ in season, room dividers, area rugs, lamps, (must have light bulbs) clocks (must be in working condition with batteries) silk plants, mirrors, complete sets of china/dinnerware, complete sets of flatware, some collectibles, crystal, wall decor and prints in current colors/styles. All of the above must be clean and gently used for acceptance.
We do not consign appliances, electronics, linens (although we may purchase exceptional ones for our store displays), mattresses, chandeliers, musical instruments, any item that retails new for less than $25.
Here's how it works! Simply bring your clean, gently used items to our consignment area any time during consignment hours! If you have large items and want preapproval or a starting price estimate, you may e-mail or bring pictures to the store ahead of time for review. Please be sure to include any information about the pieces such as brand, age, original retail price, etc.
Small items may be brought in during consignment hours any day but Sunday. Feel free to call the store if you have questions regarding specific items.
Once your consignment has been accepted, we price it based on current market conditions and our experience. We want you to trust our decision and take pricing seriously. Keep in mind that we are your partner in this and do not want to underprice our inventory! We also know our market and have learned it is better to price it right than to over price it! Of course our customers are the ultimate pricers!
We will display your consignments on our showroom for 90 days. We sell more than half of our inventory at the starting price. Inventory reduces in price 20% after 30 days and 50% after 60 days. You may reclaim any unsold items at the end of the 90 day period. Items with a starting price over $200 do not expire. You will have an opportunity to reclaim them after 90 days. If you do not, they will continue to reduce in price (weekly after 90 days) until they sell. You will still receive 50% of the selling price.
We have a 1 time registration fee of $15. This is simply deducted from your proceeds. We split the selling price with you 50%-50%. We pay just 5 days after each item sells. Just come to our sales counter and collect your payment! We offer Accounts On Line as a way for you to keep current on your balance. You can check your account any time day or night by logging on to our consignor's page on this website!
Consignment Hours are Mon-Sat 10-5 and Sun 12-4. We consign only furniture (no home decor) on Sunday . Just come to our back garage door located behind the building (#251) and ring our door bell. Remember to clean your items before you bring them! Please understand that we do not have staff to help you carry your things in. Bring help or ask us to give you some names and numbers of local movers.
All items must be clean and in good condition.
